Printed cuttings of coated books or magazines mostly come from the automobile sales industry, printing shops.
The Coated Book Stock (CBS) contains:
- Coated groundwood-free paper, printed or unprinted in sheets.
- Coated sulphite or sulphate papers, printed or unprinted in sheets.
- Shavings, bleached sulphite or sulphate papers, printed or unprinted in sheets.
- Guillotined books and cuttings.
A reasonable percentage of paper containing fine groundwood may be included. Prohibitive materials are not permitted and outthrows plus prohibitive materials may not exceed 2%.
Coated Book Stock can be recycled to manufacture a new paper product.
